- In one pan heat the butter,add paneer and shallow fry it for 1 minute.
- Blanch the palak in hot water for 2 minutes,then immerse in ice cold water, drain completely,cool this completely and make puree.
- Heat butter in pan,add chopped onion,tomato,green chilli and saute for 2-3 minutes,add pinch Salt and red chilli powder,mix it well,cool it completely and make puree.
- In another pan heat butter add bay leaf,black pepper,cloves,long cardamom add ginger garlic paste and tomato onion puree cook it for 2-3 minutes add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,Coriander powder and salt mix it well,add palak puree cook for a minute and add paneer mix it well.
- Add fresh cream and mix it,Served in another bowl garnish with grated paneer and cream and onion,Served it with tandoori roti.
