- Mix all the pulses & grains given above & grind dry flour or also get ready made Dhirdi flour from the store..
- In a bowl put approximately 2 cups flour..
- Add salt, 1 tsp Haldi powder, chopped chillies (optional), chopped Coriander leaves, chopped onions, chopped garlic as per your taste..
- Now add little by little water to make semi thick batter..
- Heat tawa on medium flame & spread little oil on a tawa & spread 1 tbsp batter to make thin pancakes like dosa..
- Spread the batter in a circular motion for making the pancakes..
- Turn the pancakes & roast it on both sides..
- Transfer the pancakes in a serving plate..
- Serve hot with tomato sauce..
