- For custard : Ina pan add Asli ghee and Sawaiyan fry for 2 mins add elaichi pwd and milk bring it to boil..
- Add sugar until milk thickens.keep stirring in between..
- Add dissolve custurd powder in milk and cooked for some time..
- Turn off flame add 2 Kalakand pieces mix well..
- For topping : In a pan add ghee and vermicelli fry on low flame for 2 mins add chopped pista badam and fry for a few mins on low flame..
- Add sugar 2 tbsp or to taste mix well. Turn off flame add dry milk powder & mix well..
- For layering : In a glass or serving dish add first layer of topping and second layer custurd mixture and again topping,garnish with almonds..
