Ingredients of Masaledar Aam Papad
- Prepare 4 of Raw Mangos.
- Prepare 1 cup of Water.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Sugar.
- You need 2.5 tsp of Garam masala powder.
- Prepare 2 tsp of black salt.
- It's 1/4 tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
Masaledar Aam Papad instructions
- Wash Raw Mangos well and wipe out completely. Now peel and cut mangos into small pieces..
- Take a pan put Mango pieces and pour water. Now cover it with lid and let it cook for 4-5 minutes or Till Mangos get Soft. Cook on medium or low flame. Keep stirring in between else Mangos can stick to pan in the bottom. Once it's cooked keep it for cooling by removing lid..
- After 5-10 minutes when it's cooled take a jar and put boiled mangoes in it and blend into a smooth paste and seive it..
- Now again take a pan and add mango paste in it, then add sugar, garam masala, black salt, Red chilli powder one by one by stirring in between. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes more on medium flame..
- Till mixture get cooked will make plates ready. Take any tray or plate, and little this plastic of your tray or plate Size, grease plastic it with little ghee and keep aside..
- Now our Aam papad mixture is ready, spread on your greased tray or plate. Let it dry under Fan for 1-2 days. Then cut into desired shape..
- Tips: we used plastic on tray or plate for easy removing it. And with this our tray or plate also won't get any shape issue because of heat. No colour change of tray. Plastic protects tray prints..
