- Take a big mixing bowl and add 1/2 cup lukewarm water, sugar & yeast then whisk well. Add oil and whisk again then add flour & salt. Mix together then kneed well and make a nice soft dough..
- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth or cling film and keep in a warm place for about an hour until the dough has doubled in size..

- Take a one ball and press the middle part gently down with your fingers and make a well in the middle..
- Transfer all buns in a baking tray lined with parchment paper then spread some ketchup or pizza sauce, sprinkle some cheese then mince meat, bell pepper, onion, green chillis, tomatoes, and other toppings you like! Even add some mayonnaise then some more cheese (see in pictures)..
- Bake all buns in a pre-heated Oven 190°C for 20-25 minutes or till nice golden colour..
