- Prepare 1/4 cup of gram flour.
- You need 3/4 cup of boiled beetroot puree.

- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the butter. Crumble it.
- Mix the beetroot puree & bind into a dough. Place the dough into a chakri maker.
- Tighten & the lid & press the maker going round. Put on a tray. Continue with all.
- Now put oil in a karai,on medium heat. Once hot fry the chakris. Till done.
- Remove from oil,drain on a paper towel.Let them cool,store in an airtight tin.
